"Harry Kane easily gives you 12 points, by this point of the season Harry Kane alone would probably give you those points that keep you right amongst Liverpool," afirmó en Matchday Live en Optus Sport.
"When they don't win a game like this - with their goalkeeper making extraordinary saves - the question is always the forwards, and they are lacking forwards.
"When you look at possession in the first half and the chances created with a forward who's in there for that particular reason to try and get on the end of things, that's what you miss.
"You can go back to January and say something should have been done to strengthen - I don't know who they could have got - but the job is to try and find somebody.
"It didn't happen, so you have to feel like they have to start thinking about the summer, because you watch a game like that and you feel like something is missing up front."
"I don't think he's been backed very well by the people upstairs, especially that they finished second, what more do you need?" dijo.
"He's turned the club totally around, getting the fans on board, getting what [players] he needed to get out and the players he needed to get in. Building that culture with the fans, everything went quiet with the owners.
"But now if you look at how far he's taken them; people blaming Mikel...he needed help from upstairs, it's as simple as that. I'm delighted Andrea Berta's coming in now, because he needs to start doing the work to get these players at the start of the summer to get ready to go.
"You can't wait anymore, can't let a manager like Mikel go, 'You know what, the ambition isn't matching mine now. I'm going to finish second three times and you haven't got a striker for me?' Five windows in three years, questions have got to be asked."
"Nwaneri's 17, been amazing since he's come into the side...but they shouldn't be relying on him to start at Old Trafford," afirmó.
"They've got a central-midfield player playing up front; I know they've got injuries, but if you're second and you're chasing the league, you need more options than that.
"I think they've overachieved in many ways, because this group of players has done amazing, but this group needs two difference makers to take you from here to take the next step.
"Look at what you're competing against: [Erling] Haaland and [Mohamed] Salah, they need a guy like that. If they get it, they can win everything."
"Look at what Liverpool has, all those options, you've got Mo Salah, [Diogo] Jota, [Cody] Gakpo, there's six of them! Whereas if Saka is out, is Martinelli going to get the goals?" dijo.
"A couple of seasons ago he got 15, but those goals have dried up. Havertz is a great player but he's not a number nine, so you're relying on people to do something that's not their expertise, just go get a [Victor] Osimhen or somebody whose job it is to score goals."
